- NSE will launch derivative contracts on DOW & S&P 500 from 29th August 2011.
- There will be monthly and Quarterly contracts on both these indices.
- Every month third Friday is the expiry day for these contracts.
- For s&p 500 futures the lot size will be 250 and 25 for Dow futures.
- Initially for good participation NSE will not impose any transaction charges till February 29,2012
